Let's Celebrate
NUESTRA HISTORIA

Family Heritage

Mexican gastronomy is a tapestry woven from fire, limestone-ground corn, and the laughter of grandmother's kitchen gatherings.

At Casa Sol, our recipes originate from the coastal towns of Oaxaca and the vibrant markets of Mexico City. Under Chef Valeria Ruiz, we honors ancient techniques—like grinding chilies in stone molcajetes and slow-roasting pork wrapped in banana leaves for twelve hours. Our kitchen is loud, our flames are high, and our doors are wide open.

LA JEFAS (CHEF DE CUISINE)

Valeria Ruiz

Chef Valeria Ruiz was trained under standard culinary rules in Paris before returning to her family’s roots in Oaxaca. Her dishes are a direct reflection of this dual perspective: classic culinary plating combined with the exploding, uninhibited flavors of coastal Mexican street food.

"Mexican cooking is a celebration of life. When you bite into our food, we want it to feel warm, bright, and unforgettable."
